Do you work more than your basic hours? No one minds putting in a few extra hours to help out a colleague or to meet a deadline, but do you find yourself regularly staying late?
From my salary and contracted hours I worked out my hourly pay rate and worked out how much extra I would earn a year if I got paid for my extra hours at the same rate. The result was a rather scary £7,500 a year!
