Tell me about a concept you don't know about.
This sounds a stupid thing to ask, but it serves to illustrate how understanding something is intimately connected with having the language to describe it. Wittgenstein, the father of modern philosophy and linguistics, argued that you use language to communicate to others and yourself. Thus, in order to be able to think about something, you must first be equipped with the relevant language.
Conversely, if you learn new language, then you will be equipped to think about new things, or think in a different way. This is essentially the aim of the concepts section.
