Dave is changing his career. A renewed determination to fulfil my potential coupled with a more mature perspective has led me to the realisation that I must do what I am great at.

Dave's unique selling point is his breadth of experience, which gives him the ability to synthesise many ideas / cultures / concepts / viewpoints into an innovative perspective.

Thus, the aim is not narrow, but quite specific:
I want to transform organisations by helping people to fulfil their potential.

This means everything from design, psychology, and systems thinking through to knowledge management, innovation and personal development. The key is not precisely what is done, but the focus on the customer, understanding people and caring enough to help them produce their best.

Having meaningful dialogues, forging long-term relationships for mutual gain, being authentic, allowing people to be human, considering people from a perspective of deep understanding of them at every step in the journey to make them more effective and empowered. This is my aim.
